NextGen Parking was formed in 2002 as a Texas Limited Liability Company to address increasing demands for more sophisticated technology applications in commercial and institutional parking. As required by Texas law, NextGen Parking is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Private Security Bureau to install and service vehicle access control systems in public parking facilities. NextGen specializes in the installation, implementation, and integration of enterprise parking management systems, the training of personnel, and ongoing support of system operations. Headquartered in Houston with offices in Dallas, San Antonio, Denver, and Miami, the company has served clients throughout the South Central & Southeastern United States in various markets including airports, healthcare systems, educational institutions, commercial office buildings, municipal off-street parking garages, industrial plants, and retail establishments.
